Caixa Seguradora is an insurance company that is going through a digital transformation moment.

An important moment when changes in processes and also understanding the value of investments in agile and UX are necessary.

The team of UX is responsible for designing a whole new experience for the users and sharing with the company the importance of thinking in a centered design process.

My role as a product designer is to collaborate,  using the right tools for discovering, researching, synthesizing, and designing solution phases.

A good example of a good tool is the blueprint.

 

A blueprint for the new shop experience of the products.

 

The purpose of this tool is to organize the areas and show what they do and where they work on, putting every company in the same page, making it easier to think in other features and innovations.

 

A template that we use to design the user journeys.

We usually map the user’s experience with this journey.

This tool helps us to understand the moments, the pain points, gaps and innovation opportunities.
